The best in customer satisfaction, by far. The management staff will do what ever they can to help you out. Decent facility, a little out dated but in good condition, very safe environment, good clientele. A "no worries" kind of place, for sure!

I have had my storage for my home furnishings for close to 2 years now. It is exceptionally clean and maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer assistance and provide supplies for moving readily available. I trust my belongings are in a safe and protected environment. Thank you to Patrick and his staff for all you do to make my stay a great experience!

I have been using clock tower self storage for almost a year now.
The management is friendly, helpful, and understanding. Whenever I stop by they are always happy to be of any assistance and answer any questions.
The location is very convenient for myself and the units have easy access. There is a gate, security cameras, and even insurance so you do not need to worry about your belongings.
When I moved in, they even let me use their moving truck to move all of my stuff! This saved me from renting a Uhaul! This alone makes it worth it and i recommend taking advantage of the free truck rental service!!
I cannot recommend clock tower self storage enough! Friendly, professional, no nonsense service!! :)

Nice staff and storage unit was clean. Have been here a year and have had no issues with rodents or anything. I have a good piece of mind my belongings are safe here.

Best storage ever. The managers there are super friendly and helpful. They didn't try to push sales stuff on to me too much but instead just told me the things they would personally recommend themselves for what I had to store.
Their drive up units are nice and convenient, but ask about their hallway ones if you just need something small.

I'm very happy with the service I've received at Clock Tower,
Monroe and Kevin are always very nice and accommodating. Price's for rental are the best in Folsom!

The staff and service I received from Clock Tower Self Storage was awesome. Moving out of my lockers was just as easy as moving into them. If I need storage in the future, I will go back to Clock Tower.

I have no interface with ownership other than when they send me price increases. I guess it is what it is. It's close and meets my storage needs. I don't like the fact that they hold you hostage whenever they decide to increase the price. The cost in the last 4-5 years has risen $50. I wish my income would increase proportionally.
