There is no cost for entry; prices may vary for food and activities.

Location:

Drakes Creek Park, situated at 130 Cherokee Rd, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Why Go?

The Freedom Festival is the Independence Day celebration, in Sumner County. It is located at Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville and offers views of the fireworks display. It features a variety of vendors providing entertainment, food, and activities. The festival started back in 2004 as a way to support schools through the Hendersonville Chamber Foundation and the Golden Apple Gala. Thanks to help over the years, the Chamber Foundation has provided close to half a million dollars in school grants. This year's event will include fireworks, live entertainment, and the exciting finale of the Hendersonville Has Talent competition. Additionally, food trucks will be spaced out for distancing and sanitizing stations available. Both Chamber staff and the City of Hendersonville are working hard to create an environment where families can enjoy celebrating the country while watching one of Middle Tennessee's spectacular fireworks shows!

Enjoy a day out at Veterans Park, where you can have a picnic, use the playgrounds, stroll along the walking trails, and play on the sports fields before the fireworks come on.
