I went through a divorce 3 years ago and needed somewhere to store my belongings while I was in the process of moving. I called and spoke with Jenn and she was great and very helpful. After 3 years of my belongings being in storage I noticed I had some water damage to some of my belongings and contacted Jenn. She then asked me if I had the protection plan and I did, she told me to go through the damaged materials and take pictures and bring them to her and Seth Kincaid and they would access the damage. I was very pleased with the timely manner they handled this. $10 extra a month for $2500 of protection. The Just Protection plan saved me from losing all of my damaged items. I didn't have to deal with anybody but Jenn and Seth which made it much easier than dealing with a third party individual.

I was living in Nashviile and was moving to Kingsport.I needed a climate controlled storage building,so i googled storage buildings in Kingsport and talked with Jennifer,can't remember her last name,but she was awesome and she was very helpful and nice. SHE also hooked me up with a Peneske truck,when i arrived to the storage building,she was there to greet me with a smile and a bottle of water :) Thanks for all you did for me Jennifer

I've been a tenant at this Just Store It! location for more than a dozen years and highly recommend it for either your short-term or long-term storage needs. It is clean, well lighted, and easy to access no matter where your unit is located within the facility's two adjacent sections (one offers 24-hour access, the other is accessible only during business hours and when a facility employee is on duty at the front desk. The staff are wonderful and always helpful in any way they can.

A very clean, secure and well managed facility. Carts, handtrucks and other auxillary equipment readily available. Reasonably priced and well maintained. A friendly atmosphere where the staff at the front desk will go out of their way to help anyway they can. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space.

I have used just store it several times. I can tell you from experience inside storage is better then outside.

Just Store It has covered every one of our storage needs perfectly. I have had many changing needs over time and we have been accommodated each time. The staff is pleasant and efficient and even engaging. I highly recommend Just Store It. I have used them for many years now.

Very clean facility. Always a constant temperature. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. You really couldn't ask for a better climate controlled storage, but its definitely not inexpensive.

We were renting a Penske truck and they were late arriving and very confused. NEW - After this publication, Penske reached out to us to rectify our situation. Please know that Just Store It management tried to do everything they could at the time. We really appreciate the follow-up customer service from Penske!

I like this place. Clean. Nice employees. Moving trucks are convenient. BUT it is a bit more expensive then other places around here. PLUS I just got an email saying that prices have went up. which makes it even more expensive. I will be paying 100$ a month for a 5x10. But other places have 5x10 priced at 50-70$. So, this will be my last month here!
